Mountmellick Embroidery workshop for adults

To celebrate Brigid, Spirit of Kildare 2026, local lacemaker, Christina Kearney, is doing a Mountmellick embroidery workshop at Celbridge Library.
Mountmellick work is a white embroidery done on a white background incorporating the flora and fauna of Mountmellick. During this workshop you will learn some of the common embroidery stitches used in this work. This workshop is for adults.
